How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Qi Lifetracker account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: info@let-labs.com
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Qi Lifetracker”
- Send the request from the email address associated with your account.
We may request additional verification to confirm your identity.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete:
- Your account information (email address, user ID)
- All health and wellness data you entered
- All associated logs and records linked to your account
Data Retention Period
Your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days of verified request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Security logs may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
