By using Qi Lifetracker, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

LET Labs Inc. acts as the data controller for personal data processed through Qi Lifetracker.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account using email authentication, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Unique user identifier (User ID)
  • Authentication metadata (login timestamps and encrypted credentials)

This information is required to provide secure access to your account.

2.2 Health and Wellness Data

Qi Lifetracker does not automatically collect data from Google Fit, Health Connect, or external wearable devices.

All health-related data is entered manually by you.

This may include:

  • Self-reported well-being indicators (mood, stress level, energy level, etc.)
  • Lifestyle and routine logs
  • Notes describing physical or mental condition
  • Historical records and trend data generated from your entries

This data is used solely to:

  • Display analytics and trends
  • Store and synchronize your records
  • Provide core app functionality

We do not sell Health Data.
We do not use Health Data for advertising.

2.3 App Activity and Technical Data

We may collect limited technical data, including:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • Application version
  • Basic usage logs
  • Crash reports (if applicable)

This data is used to maintain stability, security, and performance.

3. How We Use Data

We process data to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Authenticate users

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

Qi Lifetracker uses Supabase as backend infrastructure provider.

Data is stored:

  • Locally on your device
  • On secure cloud servers hosted on AWS (us-east-2, United States)

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

All data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Data Retention

We retain:

  • Account Data and Health Data for as long as your account remains active
  • Technical logs for up to 12 months for security and debugging purposes

If you delete your account or submit a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize your personal and health data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Data Deletion

You can:

  1. Delete individual entries directly within the app.
  2. Delete your account (if in-app functionality is available).
  3. Request full deletion by emailing: info@let-labs.com

To request deletion:

  • Send the request from the email associated with your account
  • Use subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Qi Lifetracker”

After identity verification, we will delete or anonymize all associated account and health data within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data but does not automatically delete server data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the application, including:

  • Supabase (backend infrastructure)
  • AWS (cloud hosting provider)

These providers process data on our behalf and are required to implement appropriate security measures.

8. Children’s Privacy

Qi Lifetracker is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Access control
  • Secure cloud infrastructure

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
